Jeff is an experienced corporate commercial lawyer who has advised large Corporates and owner managed businesses on their transactions and business affairs for a number of years. He has particular experience of start ups particularly in the technology and media sectors.
He qualified at a large City firm in 1989 and has law degrees from the Universities of both Edinburgh and London.
